General conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all services and products provided by AdLoma WeDev. By using our services or entering into an agreement with us, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.
1. Contracting parties
These terms govern the contractual relationship between you as a customer and AdLoma WeDev. The customer is the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement to use our services.
2. Services and deliveries
AdLoma WeDev offers services in web development, marketing and related areas. The details of the services to be performed are specified in the agreement entered into between the parties.
2.1. Time frames
We strive to deliver all services within the agreed timeframe. Any delays must be notified to the customer as soon as possible.
2.2. Customer's responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing the necessary material and information for us to be able to carry out our work.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.1. Payment terms
Payment must be made according to the terms specified in the agreement or invoice. In case of late payment, AdLoma WeDev has the right to charge late payment interest according to law.
3.2. Changes and additions
If the customer wishes to make changes or additions to the agreed work, this may entail additional costs. These must always be approved by the customer before the work begins.
4. Copyright and intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights to materials and services provided by AdLoma WeDev belong to AdLoma WeDev until full payment has been made.
4.1. Right of use
After payment is received, the right to use the finished material is transferred to the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Responsibilities and limitations
AdLoma WeDev is responsible for delivering high quality services but accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from improper use of our services or products.
5.1. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or technical disruptions.
6. Termination of the agreement
The agreement between AdLoma WeDev and the customer may be terminated in accordance with the terms set out in the individual agreement.
6.1. Termination of customer
The customer can terminate the agreement if AdLoma WeDev does not live up to its obligations, after giving the opportunity for correction.
6.2. Termination of AdLoma WeDev
AdLoma WeDev can terminate the agreement if the customer does not fulfill its payment obligations or otherwise violates the agreement.
7. Privacy
Both parties undertake not to share confidential information obtained during the cooperation with third parties without prior approval.
8. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties must first try to resolve the problem through dialogue. If a solution cannot be reached, the dispute must be settled according to Swedish law, with a Swedish court as the competent authority.
9. Changes to Terms
AdLoma WeDev reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. Any changes are communicated to the customer before they take effect.
